PRODUCTION / Process and Time Line
A representative will contact you based on your preferred time (see form). During this call, you will discuss the design goals for your project.
Based on the decisions made with your representative, a formal invoice with your retainer will be issued for payment.
After receipt of payment, you will be assigned a project manager. Your manager will contact you via phone to begin discussions on the formal design process and guide you through the rest of the production process.
Initial design concepts and inspirational artboards will be exchanged and discussed via our project management system (Basecamp). You will be assigned a project management dashboard. Shortly thereafter, 3D designs will be submitted to you for design direction. The finishes and watch components will also be addressed. During this process, you will be allowed up to 3 design revision sessions.
After your approved 3D design is finalized and approved, any additional payments will be made at this time. This is the final stage of approval before submitting it for manufacturing. Your first 50% deposit is now due. Once concluded, your watch design(s) will go into production. Packaging design will be discussed during this stage, as well as any marketing and imaging packages.
You will receive your pre-production sample(s). This the final stage before the entire production is manufactured. Any changes at this stage will incur additional charges. The model(s) is provided only as production proofs before mass production and assembly.
Once your pre-production sample is approved, your final payment will be due. Your watches are then produced and ready for inspection at our facility in Los Angeles. After inspection, your production order will be readied for packaging and shipping.
